Please join us as we celebrate the 50th Anniversary of El Centro de la Raza (The Center for People of All Races) on May 24th from 6:00 pm-7:30 pm with a virtual screening of our documentary film, Building Beloved Community.  Together, we’ll honor El Centro de la Raza for their work building Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s beloved community.

Building Beloved Community is a new documentary that reveals the essential ingredients needed to move from surviving to thriving. After the virtual screening, we will share some stories from the years of the non-violent occupation of an empty school building in 1972 until today.

This is a free, virtual event and the capacity. An RSVP is recommended to receive the link to the virtual screening event.
