On Saturday, June 8th, 2013, the first annual South King County Stand Down will take place at Green River Community College. This event supports our at-risk and homeless veterans by providing resources and services such as employment resources, housing services, legal advice, medical and dental assistance, food, and other social and human services.

We are asking you to stand with us and our veterans in 2013. We graciously invite you to take part in providing a hand up to our brothers and sisters in arms. It is our goal to reach those veterans who have stumbled and are in need of assistance to get back on their feet. Part of this effort will continue to include a women-specific room that will focus on resources for women veterans.
